One scanner, two platforms: a Windows desktop app and an Android app, both by arblant, both based on the Android app Railway Clean IP Scanner by Unknown37841 (MIT).
Both apps scan Railway Anycast IPs (default subnet 69.46.46.1 – 69.46.46.254)
and verify each candidate end-to-end with a real VLESS WebSocket handshake and a Google 204
response check — so an IP reported as clean passed a real tunnel test, not just a TCP ping. Each
successful IP is probed 3 consecutive times and the average delay is reported; an IP that drops a
follow-up probe is discarded as unstable.
Get the latest build for your platform from the v1 release:
universal Android (fits every phone), arm64-v8a for 64-bit phones, armeabi-v7a for older 32-bit phones,
x86_64 for emulators, and a Windows zip — extract and run Railynx.exe, no install.
Both apps use a single design — Aurora: deep navy, glassy surfaces, a teal accent, built for a smooth, lag-free UI. There is no theme picker. Interface language is English on both platforms.
