What it does

Scans Railway Anycast IPs (default subnet 69.46.46.1–254) and verifies each candidate end-to-end with a real VLESS WebSocket handshake + Google 204 response (3 consecutive probes, average delay; unstable IPs are discarded). Paste any VLESS link to fill in your server, then copy clean IPs or generate ready-to-use configs preserving your original config's exact name.

Design

Both apps use a single design — Aurora: deep navy #020409, glassy surfaces, teal accent #2DD4BF, built for a smooth, lag-free UI. There is no theme picker. Interface language is English on both platforms.

Changes compared to the original app

• Rebranded to arblant (new Android applicationId com.arblant.railwayipscanner) and a new Windows desktop edition — the original was Android-only.
• Single Aurora design on both platforms — no theme picker.
• English UI throughout; the original author's Telegram promo button removed.
• Android build signed with our own release key; scan engine unchanged — protocol-faithful to the original on both platforms.
• 2.0.0+12: centered empty-state card, Windows binary renamed to Railynx.exe, pirate-cat icon on Android and Windows, Settings fixes, Original / Balanced / Performance effect presets with a frame-rate selector.
